Held at Derby University Multi Faith Centre, Kedleston Road, Derby : 630pm to 830pm
An introduction to Anger course is designed to give you a taste of what the full course is. You may be interested in this for a friend, or a loved one, and wish to know more before you recommend it or you may be interested for yourself. It will involve real learning about anger and about you. You will have a chance to ask questions and, should you wish to, to book a course. Cost of the evening is discounted from the full course fee.
